What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll work directly with customers, helping to represent a variety of client campaigns and contribute to their growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Representing client campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement.
• Communicating products, services, or charitable initiatives in a professional and engaging manner.
• Building relationships with prospective customers and understanding their needs.
• Supporting customer acquisition while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve campaign and performance objectives.
• Maintaining accurate knowledge of active campaigns and client messaging.
