Attorney PositionA growing and highly respected litigation firm is seeking an attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join its San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys litigation work but prefers to work closely with senior attorneys rather than managing a full independent caseload immediately.
The role will support two experienced partners and offers hands-on exposure to depositions, mediations, legal research, and case strategy in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategyAssist senior attorneys with depositions, mediations, and hearingsDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsReview case files, documentation, and supporting evidenceCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnelSupport case preparation and trial readinessIdeal Background3–5 years of litigation experienceInsurance litigation experience strongly preferredExperience in real estate or broader civil litigation will also be consideredStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-focused legal environmentWork EnvironmentFirst 30–60 days onsite in San Francisco for onboarding, training, etc.Transition to hybrid schedule (3 days in office)CompensationSalary: $125K – $150KBonus eligible based on team settlements and case outcomesCompetitive benefits packageThis is an exciting opportunity to join a firm known for handling complex litigation matters and advocating for clients in high-impact cases while continuing to build your litigation skill set alongside experienced attorneys.
