Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing through trial.
- Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions with guidance and mentorship.
- Attend court appearances, both remote and in person as required.
- Assist senior attorneys as Second Chair during trials.
- Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategy and achieve successful client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active admission to the California State Bar is required.
- 0-3 years of litigation experience.
- Strong interest in litigation and trial advocacy.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience or demonstrated interest in personal injury law is preferred.
