Duties

• Draft and respond to written discovery in civil and probate matters.
• Assist with deposition preparation and support depositions.
• Research and draft motions and supporting memoranda.
• Appear in court on uncontested and routine matters.
• Manage case deadlines, filings, and client updates.
• Collaborate on case strategy with partners and senior attorneys.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• At least 2 years of civil or probate litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple matters.
• Eager to learn and willing to ask questions.
