Providing frontline support for lab and client systems, the full-time Junior Lab Operations Technician will manage tickets, perform basic troubleshooting, and assist with hardware and software deployments. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned tickets and complete tasks within SLA requirements Perform first-level troubleshooting for hardware, operating systems, and connectivity issues Assist with deploying new client and server systems and configuring remote access Required Qualifications Basic knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems Understanding of networking fundamentals Experience with ticketing systems Ability to perform BIOS/IFWI re-flashing and basic maintenance activities Strong documentation skills
