Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.Work locations vary throughout the National Capital Region (NCR), with Reston, VA and Washington, DC being primary locations.Responsibilities include:Design and develop a user-friendly interface for the deliverables and documentation, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility for all usersConduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure the ontologies meet the needs of the OBI practitionersDevelop workflows for document and information sharing, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have access to the information they needCollaborate with team members to identify and document business processes, and develop workflows to support these processesDevelop a document management system, including features such as document upload, search, and retrievalEnsure that all documents are properly stored, retrievable, and version-controlledDevelop an API for integration with other systems, including project management tools and customer relationship management toolsEnsure that all integrations are properly tested and validated before implementationCollaborate with team members to identify and prioritize updates and maintenance tasksMonitor and analyze application performance to identify areas for improvementUse data and analytics to inform design decisions and ensure the application is optimized for user experienceProvide ongoing training and support to users on the use of the application, including workflows and documentationEnsure that users are aware of the benefits and best practices for using the applicationHere's what you need:Minimum 3 years of experience related to knowledge management with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Security Clearance:Active TS/SCIEducation:Bachelor's degreeWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8 hours each day.Benefits: The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000-$137,000.
