Junior IT Support/Enterprise ArchitectSerco has an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Support/Enterprise Architect to support U.S. Navy's Team Submarine Program Offices at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC! This position will be on a dynamic team, supporting Team Submarine.

Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our sailors.You must have an Active or Current Secret clearance or be eligible for a clearance. You will serve as an Junior IT Support/Enterprise Architect in support of VIRGINIA Class Program Office (PMS 450) initiatives stretching across various technical stacks (Flankspeed, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation). PMS 450 oversees the design, construction and delivery of the United States' newest attack submarine.

This role supports all groups within the program and provides technical support, app support, onboarding, and liaisons with other specialist groups who manage several technical stacks within the organization. The PMS 450 program is physically located at the Washington Navy Yard, District of Columbia.In this role of Junior IT Support/Enterprise Architect:You will provide front line support to users across the program physically situated at the Washington Navy Yard as well as remote.You will field, update, and close Helm/Service Now tickets, Facilities tickets, visit requests, Seating requests, and SIPR TokensYou will provide front line support for Apps and requests from different business units within the programYou will participate in communications across the program and media management keeping the user base informed and aware of different activities within the programYou will support and help manage different Navy Systems such as but not limited to: Flank Speed, uNNPI / NIPR, uNMCI, SIPR/Mercury, CITIS, CDMS, NVD, and TSMYou will assist with some App management and SharePoint Platform development queries which more specialized groups can help answer specific questions on if the query data is collected.To be successful in this role, you will have:Ability to obtain a secret clearanceThis position will probably not require travel from the Washington Navy YardA bachelor's degree in a professional engineering degree, computer science, management information systems, or related fields1 year of experience in IT Support This can include internships, undergraduate work, and graduate assistantships1 years of group experience in Help Desk or Customer Service (This can include internships, undergraduate work, and graduate assistantships)Demonstrated oral and written communication skills to work closely with all levels of personnel involved in IT operations and technical aspects of systemsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, MS Word, Excel)SharePointPower Platform (Cursory knowledge of PowerApp, PowerAutomate, PowerBI)Ticketing Systems (Jira/Confluence)IT Support, A+ Certification
