Together they are helping people everywhere live longer, healthier lives.About the RoleOur client is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support day-to-day design execution across a variety of marketing channels, including digital, print, and event materials.
This role is highly execution-focused, working within established templates and design systems, while collaborating closely with art directors, team leads, and cross-functional partners.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable taking direction, with the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and visual standards. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume design work across digital and print channels using established templates and brand systemsCreate and adapt layouts for web banners, social media posts, email modules, presentations (PPT), and event materialsPrepare and finalize artwork for print and digital production, ensuring proper specifications and accuracyCollaborate with art directors and team leads to implement creative direction and feedbackWork cross-functionally with copywriters, product managers, and other designers to align on project goals and deliverablesParticipate in daily check-ins, design critiques, and feedback sessionsMaintain and update design systems, templates, and component librariesEnsure all work aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and project requirementsManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, organization, and attention to detailRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or related field2–4 years of Graphic Design experience in a professional settingStrong experience with day-to-day design execution across digital and print assetsProven ability to work within templates and established design systems while maintaining quality and consistencyStrong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual compositionExperience designing for web, social media, email, and presentation materials (PPT)Ability to take direction from an Art Director and apply feedback effectivelyExperience preparing files for print and digital production (specs, formatting, exports, etc.)Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, etc.)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesClear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and brand consistencyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExposure to design systems and component-based workflowsExperience supporting marketing or product teamsTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
