Junior Financial AnalystBryceTech is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support Marine Corps financial management operations through cost analysis, financial reporting, budget execution monitoring, reconciliation activities, and data analytics.The selected candidate will support senior financial personnel in evaluating financial performance, identifying discrepancies, and preparing reports that support Government decision-making.Responsibilities:Assist with development of cost estimates and financial analysesPrepare financial status reports and management briefingsAnalyze budget execution and financial management dataSupport reconciliation of PBIS, DAI, ADVANA, WYPC, TFSMS, and HRLink dataSupport USSGL transaction analysis and financial closeout activitiesAssist in identifying financial discrepancies and recommending corrective actionsDevelop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and ADVANASupport audit readiness initiatives and financial reporting requirementsAssist with preparation of leadership reports and budget execution metricsQualifications:Active Secret Clearance or aboveBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, mathematics, data analytics, information systems, or related discipline6+ years supporting Federal financial managementAdvanced expertise with:Marine Corps financial systemsUSSGL posting logicFinancial closeout processesData standardization and coding structuresExperience supporting:PBISDAIADVANAWYPC (or successor systems)Advanced proficiency with:Microsoft ExcelPower BIPower QueryData analytics toolsRelevant financial, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications preferredStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to communicate technical financial information clearlyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced Government environmentAdditional Information:Position is contingent upon contract award.BryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
