Junior Events Manager – Charlotte, NC
Location: Charlotte, NC
Workplace: Fully On-Site | No Remote or Hybrid Options

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Experience: Previous event support or venue coordination experience preferred

Our Charlotte-based business works with clients across retail, telecommunications, hospitality and consumer services, managing live events and promotional campaigns that support their wider business objectives.
How You'll Spend Your Week
• Helping organise promotional events and venue setups from initial planning through to execution
• Maintaining event calendars, vendor deadlines and run-of-show trackers
• Liaising with venue managers, equipment suppliers and internal teams on event requirements
• Preparing venue layouts, briefing documents and campaign event documentation
• Monitoring on-site event activity and flagging potential scheduling delays
• Coordinating event materials and supporting day-to-day event delivery
• Assisting senior event managers with post-event reviews and performance updates
We're interested in people who are organised, comfortable taking initiative and able to communicate professionally.
Ideally, you'll have:
• Experience in event support, hospitality, marketing, administration or client services
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with colleagues, venue contacts and vendors
• Ability to manage several event priorities without losing track of setup deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar planning systems
• A practical approach to solving venue challenges and following through on event tasks
The Working Arrangement
This is a fully on-site Junior Events Manager position in Charlotte, working directly with the events and production teams.
You'll have a consistent weekday schedule, guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities to develop your event coordination and campaign management skills.
