McClure Harrison, a NALSC-certified lateral recruiting agency, is partnering with a valued repeat client on the search for a junior Employment Associate in Los Angeles or San Francisco.

This is a strong opportunity for an employment attorney to join a V50 firm known for its sophisticated technology company client base, advising tech industry clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment-related issues tied to M&A and corporate transactions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of employment law experience
• Experience with management side employment litigation and counseling
• Excellent written and analytical skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
