Job Description
A client in the Washington, DC area is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their team. This person will be working on a small team responsible for streamlining HR business processes for a government customer. In this position, you will work directly with the government customer to analyze business process and make recommendations for process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or administrative role supporting a government customer
Advanced Excel experience including pivot tables and v-lookups
Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work with end users to gather data
Experience building dashboards with PowerBI, PowerAutomate, or MS Forms OR Python or SQL scripting experience
Active Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree or higher (will consider experience in lieu of degree for a total of 6 YOE)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Higher education in a Business or Math related field
Experience supporting DOJ
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
