Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Cloud / Help Desk Tech. The Junior Cloud / Help Desk Tech will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support, and computer repair for desktop computers. They will be required to work on-site in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience with desktop computers, technical support, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in help desk support and computer repair
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field
- 0365/Azure experience a PLUS+
