Supporting cybersecurity and information assurance activities in cloud environments, the full-time Junior Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer will identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, monitor cybersecurity events, and assist with incident response while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and report events occurring within cloud environments using defensive measures Assist in protecting information systems from cybersecurity threats and support timely incident response Perform information assurance activities and support Security Operations Center (SOC) operations under technical supervision Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 3 years of industry experience with at least 1 year in cybersecurity Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) General knowledge of cybersecurity and information assurance principles Familiarity with cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and incident response
