Junior Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Junior Business Development Manager (2 years of experience) to help drive the growth of a business and IT consulting firm serving leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and life sciences companies across the United States. The preferred start date is as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Princeton, New Jersey, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

Compensation includes:

• Annual base salary of $70,000–$80,000
• Additional $7,000 PMO bonus
• 3% variable compensation on revenue above 40%

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of clients and prospects across the United States.
• Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences industries.
• Conduct outreach and secure meetings with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ innovation, business strategy, and market development needs.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop customized business proposals.
• Present, negotiate, and close consulting engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and consulting teams.
• Oversee sold engagements and help ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the company’s US business.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B professional services sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
