This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to grow in the areas of business analysis, project coordination, and data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support project planning, requirements gathering, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirementsSupport project managers with status reports, meeting coordination, and tracking action itemsHelp translate business needs into technical solutions through collaboration with stakeholders and development teamsAnalyze and visualize data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvementSupport QA and UAT activities through test case documentation and results trackingMaintain and update documentation including process flows, project plans, and user guidesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field (or relevant internship/work experience)0–2 years of professional experience in a business analysis, project coordination, or data roleStrong interest in process improvement, project lifecycles, and data insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus)Self-starter with curiosity and a hunger to learn and growNice to Have:Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologiesExperience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or SmartsheetBasic understanding of relational databases or reporting tools
