Secure Net Lease is looking for Junior Brokers and Analysts to work in a fast-paced commercial real estate investment sales environment. This is a great position to get an inside look at the commercial real estate brokerage world, from both the administrative and sales perspectives. The position is ideal for someone who seeks a career as a commercial real estate professional and would like to ultimately grow and transition into a deal-making role.
Secure Net Lease is a highly reputable boutique investment real estate sales brokerage firm. We have a nationwide platform with offices in Dallas and Los Angeles (South Bay). We currently have opportunities available in our Dallas office.
Responsibilities
- Market research and data entry
- Assisting with preparation for client meetings
- Assembling property valuations
- Preparing marketing packages
- Other office tasks as needed
- Outbound calls
Qualifications
- College degree is strongly preferred
- Must be willing to work towards having a Real Estate License or already have a Real Estate License
- Must be very comfortable learning and utilizing new technology systems
- Previous experience in market research or other related fields
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Must be available to work during regular office hours (8am-6pm, Mon-Fri)
- Must have an interest in real estate
