Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is also fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about helping clients navigate important life and business decisions.
- Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents.
- Handle estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other attorneys.
- Manage multiple files with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance firm operations and client experience.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).
- Experience or knowledge in Real Estate and/or Trust & Estates law preferred, but motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small firm setting.
- Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.
