Genius Gems ( is a STEM-based experience for kids and adults. We offer a fast-paced, exciting environment where employees can, if they choose, pursue additional opportunities that interest them — engineering and design, robotics and coding, social media, marketing, or community events. We're seeking enthusiastic in-person leaders and teachers to join our growing team of 20+ innovative professionals.
What you'll do
- Guide families through general admission (magnetic-tile builds, robots, slime, and more)
- Assist with weekend birthday celebrations
- Gather and test new project ideas and materials
- Learn our 3D printers
- Keep the space tidy and materials prepared
- Other tasks as needed

Block-coding experience useful but not required. The most important quality is a positive attitude and openness to learning new material with coaching and support. Experience working with children is a plus.
Logistics
Part-time, on-site at 215 Millburn Ave., Millburn, NJ 07041. Free on-site parking; ~7-min walk to Millburn train; #70 NJ Transit bus stops out front. Reports to the CEO. Academic credit for interns on request with university permission. Compensation competitive and commensurate with experience.
