Jr Art DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Jr. Art Director with an eye and passion for design to help generate consumer facing product content for multiple platforms and experiences.Salary: $60,000 - 70,000This role is hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.Office Location: Los Angeles, CAResponsibilities:Work closely with our creative, account, strategy and production teams to concept and create bold, industry-leading consumer content programsHelp to develop visual direction for content live action, still imagery & motion design via storyboards / mood boards / style frames (collaborates with Art Directors and the Creative Director)Use channel strategy, insights, and business objectives to form groundbreaking ideas and design decisions that make a real impact on the target audience for each project.Bring ideas and strategic thinking to creative execution to drive resultsUnderstanding the application of Brand systems for consistency and integrity of the creative vision (both online and offline)Attend and contribute to photo and video shootsParticipate in regular creative reviews and embrace constructive feedbackManage clean working files for seamless collaboration between internal creative team and resources. Not limited to resizing and versioning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design or equivalent experience1-3 years experience in a creative agency or creative team (an excellent portfolio will be considered as equivalent)Eagerness to learnAble to collaborate within a team structure consisting of fellow creatives, strategists, product specialists, account and project managementYou have a passion for design, creativity and technologyPossess an excellent sensibility for photography, illustration, and typographyUnderstanding of Motion Graphics and/or working with CGI a huge plus but not requiredA deep attention to detail and a dedication to proper deliveryQuick to adapt through proactive problem solving, work with a sense of urgencyExpert skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Figma.
