Junior Application Service Desk Analyst with Security Clearance

Providing customer-oriented support, the full-time Junior Application Service Desk Analyst with Security Clearance will assist users with proprietary government applications, manage help desk tickets, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while working onsite in Vienna, VA. Key responsibilities Provide support for various proprietary government applications and respond to user inquiries via phone and email Enter, monitor, and update help desk tickets to track progress and resolution of customer issues Cross-train and support multiple applications in a Help Desk/Call Center environment Required qualifications Active Secret Clearance or higher 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a customer service or application support role Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Applications and internet browsing Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) in a call center or related environment Experience in Application Service Desk/Call Center is a plus
