You take ownership of what's on your plate and follow through.PreferredPrior internship, part-time role, club leadership, capstone, or personal project relevant to your target BU.Demonstrated curiosity about e-commerce, retail, technology, or consumer brands.Experience working in a team setting where you had to coordinate with people outside your immediate group.
