Job Title: Junior Accountant

Reports To: Director of Accounting
What You’ll Do
- Assist with preparing financial reports and statement reconciliation
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data related to properties throughout middle TN
- Reconcile bank accounts and transactions
- Support billing/AR process and well as accounts payable processing
- Learn and apply accounting principles and compliance standards
- Collaborating with team members across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent grads welcome)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (PLUS if you have Yardi or QuickBooks
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Internship or volunteer experience in accounting or finance
- Exposure to tools like QuickBooks, property accounting, billing portals & intermediate Excel
