Jr SAP Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP Consultant with hands‑on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and exposure to SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and SAP EDI . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP business processes, be eager to learn, and be willing to support global business operations in a shift‑based environment.

Job Title: Junior SAP Consultant – SAP PP / SAP MM / IM / SAP WM / SAP SD/ SAP FICO

Experience: 2–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract

Location: Carmel, Indiana.

Shift: Willingness to work in rotational shifts is mandatory.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of SAP functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of any SAP Functional ( SAP SD, SAP MM/IM, SAP WM and SAP FICO) or any SAP Technical (ABAP, MDG, BTP, Fiori and EWM)
• Basic knowledge of SAP E DI, including monitoring interfaces, IDocs, and EDI transaction flows.
• Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and warehouse business processes.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP certification in any SAP Fuctional or any SAP Technical PP, MM, or S/4HANA is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments is preferred.
