Project ManagerThe Project Manager in this role will support a multi-year and division-wide technology-related modernization initiative, applying technical expertise to improve project results.Help drive modernization efforts across IIGT, help refine the details to enable SI teams to prioritize the workManage ambiguity and drive relationships across sub-divisions to help move the needle in the modernization roadmap.Manages technology projects or technical workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.Builds and maintains effective relationships.
Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related issues on technology projects. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritizing work in an efficient mannerStrong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.Establishing and developing relationships with othersExperience with Confluence, JIRA, technology dashboards and other big picture planning practices.
