Position Description:
This role will work on an insurance clients internal Group/Member/Claim/Product platform to deliver and maintain features and functionality for business operations stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and groom incidents and defects.
- Monitor system transactions to prevent issues in the system.
- Provide technical and usability to business stakeholders on the system.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and defects
- Perform standard software support engineering assignments.
