Key responsibilities: Verify completeness and accuracy of loan applications Communicate with Loan Originators to gather necessary documentation for loan qualification Review loans for compliance with mortgage-related regulations Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage experience Experience with RESPA regulations Familiarity with Encompass software Understanding of mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation B
