Construction Technical Program Manager ISeeking a Construction Technical Program Manager I to support the planning, coordination, and execution of mission critical data center projects. This role will partner with senior Technical Program Managers and cross functional teams to deliver mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure deployments in fast paced environments.This is an excellent opportunity for a junior level professional looking to grow within data center construction and technical program management.Key Responsibilities:Support senior Technical Program Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within data center environmentsAssist with day to day coordination between contractors, vendors, engineers, landlords, and internal stakeholdersTrack project schedules, procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and overall construction progressSupport installation coordination for electrical systems, cooling systems, structured cabling, and network infrastructureParticipate in project meetings and document action items, risks, and status updatesAssist with commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities including documentation review and field validationSupport issue tracking and escalate construction or schedule risks when appropriateCoordinate field walks, logistics planning, and contractor activities to ensure project milestones are achievedRequired Qualifications:4 plus years of experience supporting construction management or technical project managementExperience in commercial, industrial, or mission critical environmentsFamiliarity with MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbingUnderstanding of low voltage infrastructure and structured cablingStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environmentFocus on candidates with data center or MEP exposureStrong coordination and communication skills requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting data center construction projectsExperience using tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, JIRA, and Microsoft Office SuiteExposure to commissioning and closeout processesTargeting junior level candidate
