All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability or veteran status.Principal Duties And Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of monthly government contract invoices.Verify posted expense reports for accuracy and policy/contract compliancesMonitor A/R aging reports and follow up with customers for collectionsContribute to the monthly and fiscal year end closing activitiesProvide administrative support for billings and accounting accordinglyThis role works closely with contracts, accounting, project managers, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition.Role is a combination of accounting/finance. Candidate should have 1-4 years of general accounting experience, Government Contract Billing experience is preferredEducation & Experience Requirements:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldExperience with ERP/accounting systems such as: Deltek Costpoint (Preferred), Unanet, SAP, etc.Strong Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail, organized, and ability to meet timely deadlines.Multi-task ability and ability to work independently and with a team
