Journeyman Test And Evaluation EngineerLocation: Norfolk, VA Clearance: Secret Position Type: Full-TimeAERMOR is seeking a Journeyman Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support developmental and operational testing of complex systems. The selected candidate will support test planning, execution, and analysis activities, as well as Modeling and Simulation (M&S) efforts in support of government programs.Responsibilities:Support development of Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEF)Assist in development of Test Plans and supporting documentationSupport execution of developmental and operational test eventsPerform test data analysis and contribute to Test Reports and briefing materialsSupport Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities, including development of Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) packagesAssist in preparation of M&S accreditation documentation, including Accreditation LettersApply analytical methodologies to evaluate system performance across multiple domains, including undersea, airborne, satellite, shipboard, expeditionary, IW, and mine warfare systemsUtilize Microsoft Office tools to support analysis, documentation, and reportingQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of Test & Evaluation experience within the last 4 years, including test planning, execution, and analysisExperience supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities and VV&A processesDAWIA (or equivalent) T&E Level I / Foundational certification requiredExperience applying analytical methodologies to defense systems testingProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Compensation:Compensation for this position is based on several considerations, including applicable contract wage rates and labor categories, geographic location, relevant professional experience, technical expertise, education, certifications, and overall alignment with the role's requirements.AERMOR is committed to providing competitive pay along with a benefits package designed to support employees throughout their careers.
