* Pay Range: $33 - $43 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective and lasting solutions.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to execute plumbing installations accurately.
* Ensure all work complies with
local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
* Operate and maintain
plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring job efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
* Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior team members.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper safety procedures.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* South Dakota Journeyman Plumbing License
* Completion of a certified plumbing apprenticeship program.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and systems.
* Ability to analyze and troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently.
* Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a construction or plumbing-related field.
* Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
