What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor crews of apprentices and helpers
• Install, troubleshoot, and commission industrial electrical and control systems
• Read blueprints, schematics, and control drawings
• Ensure safe, high-quality, code-compliant work
• Support project success through leadership, technical expertise, and teamwork

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial electrical experience
• Experience leading crews in an industrial environment
• Experience working on medium voltage projects
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial power systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
