What we're looking for:

We are looking for a partner. Specifically, a Journeyman or Master Electrician to join our small team. Either a rockstar electrician who has outgrown your average service company or an installer who'd prefer to focus on installs and leave the sales to us. And depending on your level, we're offering a commission driven salary with an earning potential over $150k/year.

What we do:

Our work is mainly residential but we also do commercial (70% Residential / 30% Commercial).

What you'll be doing / Your Responsibilities'

In short, you have to be able to operate your own service vehicle and complete all types of general electrical in-home, service calls and also commercial calls pending your experience.

Compensation

Earning potential over $150k. Commission structure based on jobs you sell and/or install. And depending on your qualifications, a lot more. $1500/week is probably the lowest rate and very achievable.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyman license (3+ years of experience)
  • Valid Driver's license and must be insurable
  • Experience leading your own jobs/service calls
  • Sales and estimating experience
  • Solid knowledge of NEC codes and electrical troubleshooting
  • Ability to read blueprints/schematics and use testing equipment
