At Watermark, our people come first!In this role you will…Perform assessment process support and data collection across the Mission Assurance enterprisePerform analytical exploitation of assessment data to identify trends, patterns, and enterprise-level insightsSupport collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis of Mission Assurance assessment dataPerform data quality checks, validation, and consistency reviewsSupport data workflows within Government-directed enterprise data platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry)Additional duties as assignedExperience Requirements:3–10 years in any career field, discipline, or industryHands-on experience with Palantir Foundry data pipelines and ontology management preferredBackground in data engineering, ETL processes, or database management preferredExperience working in classified data environments preferredEducation Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any fieldCertification Requirements:Palantir Foundry Data Engineer Certification (required)Security Clearance Requirements:Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performanceAbility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with CaveatsU.S. Citizenship requiredOther Requirements:Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hoursCONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)Local travel within the National Capital Region may be requiredTrip and After-Action Reports are required following each tripMay be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 poundsMay require sedentary work at least 50% of the timeReports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildingsAbility to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalismDemonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with othersEffective verbal and written communication skills**Position is Contingent on Contract Award ** Watermark is an equal opportunity employer. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000-300,000. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
