At Watermark, our people come first!In this role you will…Interface directly with senior leaders and capability providers on Mission Assurance risk and decision-support mattersPrepare tasking packages, staffing materials, and decision-support productsProvide risk-mitigation analysis, Courses of Action (COAs), and return-on-investment (ROI)-based decision modelingSupport the application of AI/ML techniques to extract insights from Mission Assurance assessment data and stakeholder documentationSupport analytical workflow enablement and sustainment of dashboards, monitoring views, and decision-support productsAdditional duties as assignedExperience Requirements:3–10 years in any career field, discipline, or industryHands-on experience with Palantir AIP or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms preferredBackground in data science, predictive modeling, or decision analytics preferredExperience briefing senior DoD leaders preferredEducation Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any fieldCertification Requirements:Palantir AI Certification (required)Security Clearance Requirements:Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performanceAbility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with CaveatsU.S. Citizenship requiredOther Requirements:Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hoursCONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)Local travel within the National Capital Region may be requiredTrip and After-Action Reports are required following each tripMay be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 poundsMay require sedentary work at least 50% of the timeReports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildingsAbility to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalismDemonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with othersEffective verbal and written communication skills**Position is Contingent on Contract Award ** Watermark is an equal opportunity employer. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000-300,000. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
