This person will serve as the campaign's day-to-day operational lead — running the fundraising program, managing the candidate's schedule, coordinating with consultants, and keeping the campaign organized and on track.The right candidate is someone who has worked on a campaign before — maybe in field, finance, or operations — and is ready to own more responsibility.
