Joint Ventures Senior Associate Attorney
Direct Counsel is seeking a Joint Ventures Senior Associate to join a top-tier Am Law firm with a nationally recognized real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate with deep experience in complex real estate transactions to work on high-profile joint venture matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, negotiate, and draft complex real estate joint venture agreements
- Advise clients on sophisticated limited liability company (LLC) and partnership arrangements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale real estate transactions
- Manage significant portions of deals independently while contributing to team strategy
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience handling complex real estate joint ventures
- Strong experience with LLC and partnership agreements in a real estate context
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage substantial responsibility in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience at a major law firm strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to the California Bar
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $365,000 to $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications
