Come join us.We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day-to-day operations. This role will support the 710 Labs brand but will be employed by our New Jersey partner, Fresh Cannabis, LLC.Responsibilities Include:Hand-rolling infused & non-infused joints with NO MACHINE ASSISTANCEHandling pre-production and post-production steps that come with hand-rolling jointsAssisting in other areas of packaging as necessaryMaterial preparationSanitization of tools, workstations, and joint production areasWorking collectively and respectfully with other team membersAny other task as assigned by the Production Manager or SupervisorQualifications:1 year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desiredMust have prior joint rolling experienceExperience and background in the cannabis industry is a plusFor extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workdayMust be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in lengthMust be able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracyExcellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written mediaDetail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimizationMust be able to handle constructive feedback and coaching and offer the same to others in the departmentPlease note that the regulations and laws of The State of New Jersey require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
