Joint Interest Billing Accountant (JIB II / JIB III) | Durango, CO | Hybrid
We have been engaged by a stable, growing E&P company in Southwestern Colorado to help them add to their operational accounting team at their corporate office. They have a strong culture, tenured staff and with their company growth, their team is expanding!
Level and pay:
- JIB III: 10+ years of JIB experience, $115K-$130K base
- JIB II: 5-10 years of JIB experience, $90K-$100K base
Compensation and benefits:
- Discretionary annual bonus
- Matching LTIP with vesting
- Relocation assistance
Schedule:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote
- 9/80 schedule after ramp-up (about 90 days)
- Snow days during severe winter storms
