This role offers the opportunity to support designing and delivering full stack technology solutions to solve business problems in one of asset management's fastest-evolving segments. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams to help position our offerings competitively and deliver meaningful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our internal stakeholders and clients. In this role you will:Create optimal data pipelines using Apache Airflow DAGs, Docker, AWS, Python or SnowflakeWork with stakeholders including data, design, product and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issuesAssemble large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirementsDesign and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processesBuild required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologiesBuild analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisitionSkills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge RequiredMinimum of 4+ years' experience preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field Extensive hands-on experience in designing and delivering full stack technology solutions to solve business problems preferably within Asset Management or financial services Demonstrated ability to propose and implement solutions across full stack applications and data pipelines running in the cloud (preferably AWS). Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to peers and junior engineers to align on solutions and mentor others in the team.
