WinShape Communication PositionScope of Position: This individual will support WinShape Communication's vision to create consistency and excellence across internal and external communication channels by supporting content strategy and development.Reports to: Senior Manager, Communications and Public RelationsWinShape Foundation is a Biblically-based Christian non-profit organization that seeks to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life. We do this through five core ministries that each use scriptural truth to offer summer camp, foster care, team and leader development, college student discipleship, and marriage enrichment.ResponsibilitiesCreates, reviews, edits and publishes content for new and existing internal and external communications channels, including but not limited to: internal communication channels, ministry blogs, websites, presidential messaging platforms, and press releasesFacilitates meetings with ministries and support services to determine internal and external communication needs and support the larger execution strategyLiaises and consults with WinShape ministries and support services on content and proofreading needs, ensuring a consistent brand voice across messaging and excellent, error-free deliverablesDevelops content to support email marketing strategies for ministriesMaintains internal communications channels, ensuring content is aligned with the key messages and needs of WinShape FoundationMonitors performance of communication channels and supports improvementsAssists Senior Manager, Communications and Public Relations with communication strategies related to projects they support, as neededLeads project management of communications-focused projects across WinShape FoundationSupports public relations strategy and projects, as neededQualifications3-5 years of experience in agency or in-house environmentBachelor's Degree with preferred major/concentration in communications, public relations, marketing or business, or equivalent experienceWorks well in team environmentStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionallyProcess-driven and detail-orientedCollaborative, servant-hearted mindsetResults-drivenProficient in HubSpot or similar email marketing service
