This role manages testing of various products to ensure designs meet safety, Electromagnetic Interference/ Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMI/EMC), mechanical, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities include designing test plans, performing component-level troubleshooting on Printed Wire Assemblies (PWAs), authoring formal regulatory reports, and participating in internal and external compliance testing efforts.

The role requires close collaboration with global laboratories and cross-functional design teams to oversee compliance throughout the New Product Development (NPD) process. The Senior Electrical Engineer will serve as the primary technical interface for Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs) such as Technical Inspection Association (TÜV). Preferred qualifications include familiarity with NRTL standards and transportation test standards.
