In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI, Inc.'s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.Highlights of Responsibilities:Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programsAiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contractsEnsures projects are completed on time and within budgetActs as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operationsFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular fieldRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsManaging a portfolio of work across multiple work streamsLeading end-to-end enterprise efforts within an organizationDeveloping customer-facing project plans to document project scope, schedule, tasks, dependencies, and risk managementExperience with Agile Management tools such as TFS, GitHub, ServiceNowPerforming hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change managementQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experienceMinimum 10 years' experienceGeneral Information Technology Services Contract Program Management ExperienceAbility to obtain approval through Federal background investigation required by the assigned agencyPreferred Education and Experience:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly desiredPhysical Requirements:This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:Sitting for long periodsStanding for long periodsAmbulate throughout an officeAmbulate between several buildingsAbout Empower AIAll hiring and promotion decisions at Empower AI are based on merit to bring the best talent available to contribute to our firm's overall success.
