Job Posting: General Manager (Limited Service)

Overview

BN Management is seeking experienced General Managers for our limited-service hotels. Candidates must have prior experience with Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels to be considered for this role. Location: Louisiana (local candidates preferred) with additional locations in Chalmette, Houma, Gretna, Louisiana, and outside Anaheim, California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience with Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels is required.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
