Agile CoachLocation: Plano, TX – OnsiteDuration: 12+ MonthsThe Agile Coach is responsible for guiding teams and leadership in adopting, scaling, and continuously improving Agile and Lean practices.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean).Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and PI planning.Guide teams through Agile transformations and maturity assessments.Partner with leadership to align Agile delivery with business goals and value streams.Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and programs.Promote continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and team empowerment.Required Qualifications10+ years of overall IT or business experience with 5+ years in Agile coaching roles.Hands-on experience coaching teams using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.Strong understanding of Agile principles, Lean thinking, and DevOps practices.Experience supporting Agile transformations in enterprise environments.
