Project ManagerLocation: Norfolk, Virginia-OnsiteDuration: Long Term ContractJob Description:Mandatory: Healthcare, Project Management, Financial ManagementProject manager with expertise in financial management.The client is looking for a Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery management and execution in end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US.The ideal candidate must possess five years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations, program management, or project management, two years of experience within the health sector, and overall 12-14 years of IT experience.Candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile model, and in-depth understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies and possess excellent communication skills.Responsibilities as a Project Manager:Lead with strong program management skillsCollaborate across the organization to land programs and enable changeManage complex programs by exercising healthcare and business understanding to drive the organization’s long-term objectivesFoster internal and external relationships; negotiates with external partnersGuides and supports the efforts of cross-functional, internal and external resource teams, making decisions about priorities to drive programs to successThis also requires proactively initiating cross-functional projects and processes Bring healthcare and program management expertise to shape the content, design, and execution of products and services. Be responsible for executing and monitoring projects, programs, and services that increase engagement and participation, prepare and deliver key presentations to the leadership team.Acts as a thought partner to leadership in the development and prioritization of long-term strategies to achieve successful employee health outcomesRequirements:Experience working on corporate (employee) health and/or in global healthExcellent analytical and quantitative skills and experience creating dashboards and modeling dataEnjoyment in continually improving processes, and a love of working with large teams of stakeholdersComputer skills including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and project management softwareExcellent knowledge in project management, problem solving, performance monitoring and team leadershipAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels inside and outside the companyAbility to foster a continuous learning environment through personal commitment to knowledge growthAbility to work with a variety of people and groups to achieve effective and efficient resultsAbility to thrive in a non-structured environment, deliver results through cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple projectsHands-on experience in Agile model, and in-depth understanding of Agile practices and ceremoniesShould have experience working with multiple scrum teams
