Technical Program ManagerLocation: Plano, TX – OnsiteDuration: 12+ Months – W2 ContractTechnical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of multiple technical programs from initiation through deployment and post-production support.Define program scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, and program governance meetings.Track program health using KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.Drive continuous process improvements using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.Ensure successful production releases, hypercare support, and post-implementation reviews.Required Qualifications13+ years of IT experience with 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.Strong experience managing enterprise-scale software development programs.Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience working with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management.
