Sr Data AnalystIrving, TX – Need only locals12+ months – W2 contractExperienced senior data analyst with 12+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.Key responsibilitiesAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.Develop and document KPIs, metrics, and data definitions.Support ad-hoc analysis and executive-level reporting.Skills & qualifications12+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role.Strong expertise in SQL (advanced queries, joins, window functions, performance tuning).Experience with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.).Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Teradata, etc.).Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality.EducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
