Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.ResponsibilitiesMonitor job file status and job file audit statusMaintain familiarity with insurance carrier specifications and preferencesMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationContribute to & edit preliminary estimateDaily job file coordination, including preparing job file reports, performing job file backup, and completing job file audit processMaintain internal and external communicationsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processPerform job close-outQualificationsExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance/service industry2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience and business experienceExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance, a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and goal-orientedCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED, Associates/bachelor's degree preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCompensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
