As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive the opportunity to learn and grow.Primary Roles and Responsibilities:Answer phones; receive and enter lead calls and job referralsDispatch job and follow-upGeneral administrationCreate preliminary estimateScheduling appointments for Project ManagerSending contracts and change orders to client on construction sideMitigation Side: Xactanalysis uploads and communicationMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationDaily job file coordination to include monitoring status, audit and work-in-progressPrepare job file reportsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processSmall office so assist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements:Entry level position – previous receptionist/customer service experience preferredExperience in service industry environment a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivatedAbility to multi-task and prioritizeCapability to work in a fast-paced environmentCompetent typing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to successfully complete a background check and drug test subject to applicable lawPay Rate: Competitive pay based on experience.Hours: 40 hours/week Monday thru Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
